Revised Protocol due to changes in Government guidelines

Due to easing of the Government’s Covid guidelines, the club has revised some of the protocol. Playing pairs is now possible, but it has been decided that triples is not. The use of the clubhouse, including toilets, is still forbidden. For full details, please click here.

A timely reminder, please phone Trudi (07941180031) to book a slot. This is to ensure that we do not exceed permitted numbers. Sorry, any attendance by non members is still not allowed.

GREEN OPEN BUT UNDER STRICT COVID19 PROTOCOL

The full protocol can be read and/or downloaded here. Please read! This is important information for the safety of us all.

Bowls England has produced a poster. This is posted in various places at the club. This can be viewed and/or downloaded here.

Please do not just turn up to the green! You need to book. Please phone Trudi on 07941180031

Dependent on demand there will be initially two sessions, morning and afternoon.

The protocol has been agreed by a quorum of the Management Committee. An email will be sent by the chairman to all members in the next couple of days.

Finals Day

Wonderful weather was enjoyed for a very entertaining finals day on Sunday 15th September 2019. Excellent attendance, with members of the club and family and friends coming to join in. The faith lunch was bountiful and tasty. Thanks to all those that organised, provided food, set out, washed up, made drinks etc But most of all congratulations to the winners and runners up. A number of matches were won by a single point!
