Due to easing of the Government’s Covid guidelines, the club has revised some of the protocol. Playing pairs is now possible, but it has been decided that triples is not. The use of the clubhouse, including toilets, is still forbidden. For full details, please click here.
A timely reminder, please phone Trudi (07941180031) to book a slot. This is to ensure that we do not exceed permitted numbers. Sorry, any attendance by non members is still not allowed.
The full protocol can be read and/or downloaded here. Please read! This is important information for the safety of us all.
Bowls England has produced a poster. This is posted in various places at the club. This can be viewed and/or downloaded here.

Seven members attended the inaugural Bowls Loughborough Presentation Day.. A friendly game of bowls was enjoyed, with the rain very unexpectedly keeping away! This was followed by a buffet and then the presentation of various trophies. Geoff Porter represented The Crusaders and claimed the trophy!
Wonderful weather was enjoyed for a very entertaining finals day on Sunday 15th September 2019. Excellent attendance, with members of the club and family and friends coming to join in. The faith lunch was bountiful and tasty. Thanks to all those that organised, provided food, set out, washed up, made drinks etc But most of all congratulations to the winners and runners up. A number of matches were won by a single point!
The team played a tense and exciting game on Monday 19th August against a very strong Kegworth side. Eventually the Crusaders won 2 rinks and drew on the other thus securing 7 out of the 8 points consolidating their place at the top of the league. Congratulations to all the squad who were brilliantly led by Captain Geoff Hall.
